Jean-Paul Ney
is a French/Spanish photoreporter and journalist based in Paris (France). He published several articles and pictures in magazines like Paris Match, Le Figaro Magazine and Newsweek.

He was war correspondent for the international photopress agency Sipa Press, in the Middle East (Jerusalem, Gaza, Amman, Beyrouth) and defense correspondent in Washington for France Soir, VSD magazine and Canal Plus TV news channel.

Also TV director, Jean-Paul Ney worked four years with French television where he led the investigation cell working on Internet hackers and terrorism. He’s known as one of the most famous investigators in France as he gets involved and goes inside to find the truth. He directed four documentaries, exclusive interviews and other reports :

Jean-Paul Ney as researcher in the fields of defense, security, counter-terrorism and intelligence, founded the Committee of the Journalists of Defense and Homeland Security.

Since 2002, he is the Research Director for the International Centre for Research and Studies on Terrorism and the Aid to the Victims of Terrorism (CIRET-AVT), founded by the former director of homeland security French police (DST), Yves Bonnet. For this NGO, Jean-Paul Ney advises certain governments, the press and some politicians.

Jean-Paul Ney was the only European journalist to be invited at the National Security Agency in the year of 2000, also, in November 2005, the deputy director of the FBI John Pistole received Jean-Paul Ney to his office in Washington D.C.
